ILLOCUTIONARY ACTS IN ERNEST PRAKASA’S MOVIE “IMPERFECT”

This study aims to analyze the types of Illocutionary acts used by characters in movie Imperfect. research applies qualitative descriptive method. The writer uses 65 speech samples from this and chooses them randomly movie. It is found that there are five Imperfect, namely: Representative, Directive, Commissive, Expressive, Declarative. total about 157 utterances. Representative has 47 utterances, directive 66 commissive 4 expressive 39 declarative 1 utterance.
